3.1 Insurance Carriers and Agents

We share your information with licensed insurance carriers, underwriters, managing general agents (MGAs), and other insurance professionals as necessary to obtain quotes, bind coverage, issue policies, and service your account. These parties receive your information for insurance transaction purposes only.

3.2 Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including IT and platform infrastructure, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, email communications, and marketing services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy law.

3.3 Affiliates

We may share information with our corporate affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. All affiliated entities are bound by the same privacy standards we apply.

4. Data Retention and Inactive Account Deletion

180-DAY INACTIVE DATA DELETION POLICY: We automatically delete personal data associated with inactive user accounts after 180 consecutive days of inactivity, subject to the exceptions described below.

An account is considered "inactive" when the account holder has not logged in, accessed the Platform, made a payment, filed a claim, or otherwise engaged with the Platform for a continuous period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days.

5. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance

TCPA NOTICE: We are committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. ยง 227, and its implementing regulations. We will never contact you via autodialed call, prerecorded message, or text/SMS without your prior express written consent where required by law.

For marketing or promotional calls and texts to your mobile phone using an autodialer or prerecorded message, we obtain your "prior express written consent" as required by the TCPA. Such consent is documented, timestamped, and retained. You may revoke marketing communications consent at any time.

Manual Calls:

Live, manually dialed calls to mobile or residential phones for non-marketing purposes may be made based on the contact information in your account without additional TCPA consent, though we respect all do-not-call preferences.

You may provide your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages in any of the following ways:

We will process all opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your receipt of legally required or transactional communications necessary to service your insurance account.

5.5 National Do Not Call Registry

We honor the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission. If your number is registered on the National DNC Registry and you have not provided us with prior express written consent to contact you for marketing purposes, we will not make telemarketing calls to that number.

You may also register your internal do-not-call preference directly with us by contacting Info@IngotInsurance.com. We maintain an internal DNC list and will honor requests within thirty (30) days.

5.6 Text Messaging Program Disclosures

If you enroll in our SMS/text messaging program, the following terms apply:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

As a licensed insurance services company, we are subject to the privacy requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and applicable state insurance privacy regulations. This section supplements the remainder of this Privacy Policy with disclosures required by the GLBA.

We collect nonpublic personal information ("NPPI") about you from: (a) information you provide on applications and other forms; (b) information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and (c) information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.

We do not disclose NPPI to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted or required by law, including for the purpose of processing insurance transactions you have requested, to comply with legal requirements, to prevent fraud, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

We restrict access to NPPI about you to those employees, agents, and service providers who need to know that information to service your account. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your NPPI.

If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
